Gravity die-casting

Gravity die-casting is a technology we use at AB Fonderie to supply our customers with aluminum and other light-alloy parts. It consists of filling the shell mold with a molten metal alloy by means of gravity. Also known as drop filling, this process takes place under the weight of the alloy poured directly into the mold's runners for filling.

Gravity die-casting is advantageous for several reasons:

- fast, high-precision molding of parts with high consistency,
